I love black bean burgers. They're my absolute favorite veggie style burger, especially this time of year when everyone is outside cooking on the grill. I came up with this black bean and lentil version when I had leftover cooked lentils hanging around in my fridge one day. These burgers are not only super tasty and hearty, but a healthy alternative to packaged veggie burgers. I topped mine with spicy pickled carrots and radishes, yum!
